By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated January 15, 2021, Allegheny County attorney Richard J. McCague (#58106) has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth. He was placed on Temporary Suspension after having been held in direct criminal contempt by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and for failing to report his conviction. The Suspension will take effect on February 14, 2021.
