By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated May 10, 2021, out-of-state attorney Stephen Daniel Brinton (#94817) has been reinstated to active status from a six-month suspension on consent, effective immediately. He remains subject to a two-year and six-month period of probation with the conditions outlined in the Court’s Order dated July 27, 2020.
