By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated October 1, 2021, Charles C. Daley, Jr. (#43170), whose registered address is New Jersey, is suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of three months. The suspension is stayed in its entirety and subject to the condition that he does not violate the Rules of Professional Conduct during the period of stayed suspension.
