By Order published November 13, 2021, at 51 Pa.B. 7050, the Disciplinary Board amended Section 93.52 of its Rules of Organization and Administration to address electronic filing of documents in disciplinary matters. The amendment adds a sentence to state, “Electronic filing may be accomplished by accessing the electronic filing system available on the Disciplinary Board website.”
The amendment takes effect December 13, 2021.
