By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated July 28, 2022, Charles Kevin Blackmon (#55750), whose registered address is Greensboro, North Carolina, is disbarred from the Bar of this Commonwealth, reciprocal with the State of North Carolina, effective August 27, 2022.
