As a Philadelphia trial lawyer, Rassias has tried and settled cases involving medical and professional malpractice, defamation and false light, civil rights violations, discrimination and harassment and personal injury.

Actively engaged in high-profile public policy issues, Rassias was appointed by the Pa Senate as a member of the Joint State Government Commission Task Force on Real Property Law; testified before the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee on Senate Bill 1376 on Joint and Several Liability; and served as the moderator for broadcast coverage of the Pa Superior Court’s en banc oral arguments at the National Constitution Center.
