By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated December 30, 2025, Erie County attorney Tyler Alan Lindquist (#323677) has been suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of one year and one day. The suspension is stayed in its entirety, and Respondent is placed on probation for two years. This Order is effective January 29, 2025.
