Allegheny County Attorney Timothy Nicholas Tomasic Suspended on Consent
By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 5, 2026, Allegheny County attorney Timothy Nicholas Tomasic (#205126) has been suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of four years, retroactive to March 17, 2023.
