By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated January 23, 2018, Philadelphia attorney Franklin Albert Bennett, III. (#201739), whose registered address is Bennett & Associates, LLC, 516 Brookview Road, Exton, PA 19341, has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after having been convicted in Municipal Court of Philadelphia, of the crimes of indecent assault and simple assault. The Suspension will take effect on February 22, 2019.
