Disciplinary Board Cautions Public to Avoid Suspended Lawyer

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is warning the public to beware of a Philadelphia-based attorney who continued to practice law in violation of a temporary suspension order issued earlier this year.

Harris Roy Rosen, who had been operating at a South Broad Street address, was placed on indefinite suspension by the Supreme Court effective April 15. The action means Rosen is prohibited from engaging in all law-related activity.

The Disciplinary Board, which oversees the conduct of lawyers across the state, obtained a preliminary injunction this week from the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to stop Rosen from continuing to practice law without a reinstated license.

The Board is cautioning people not to engage Rosen for any law-related work or counsel.

Anyone with questions should contact the Board.
